About the Artist:
Pax Jakupa is a painter from Bena District, Goroka, in Eastern Highlands Province. The son of renowned PNG artist Jakupa Ako, Pax began painting after his father’s passing and continues a strong family legacy through distinctive works inspired by Highlands culture, movement, colour and contemporary PNG storytelling.
